Scope of Work:
- Removed braids from Isolated Phase Bus (IPB) and Non-Segregated Bus (NSB) runs.
- Demoed existing NSB runs, doghouses, IPB, and turret adapters.
- Removed support steel interferences, beams, kickers, and the existing Neutral Ground Resistor (NGR).
- Installed EBI-supplied IPB transformer turret adapters and reinstalled doghouses on the replacement transformer.
- Assisted in aligning the new transformer for a seamless fit.
- Reinstalled support steel interferences, beams, and kickers.
- Reinstalled and precisely aligned the NSB system.
- Welded IPB conductors, enclosures, conductor ends, and shorting plates for optimal system integrity.
- Measured and fabricated new NSB braids to ensure proper connectivity.
- Installed the customer-supplied replacement NGR and conducted a megger test to verify performance.
- Reinstalled existing braids and covers for a complete system restoration.
- Ensured a clean and organized worksite before demobilization.
